About

The business you built should work for you,

not the other way around.

operational architecture

Corvus builds the operational architecture that lets founder-owned businesses run without the founder at the center of every decision. Then we transfer it to your team and leave. In 180 days.

The Departure

Philosophy

The engagement has a designed exit. The methodology is built to transfer — not to create another dependency. The last thing a founder trapped by their own business needs is a consultant who never leaves.

What Makes This Different

Why this isn’t what you’ve seen before.

operational architecture

A methodology designed for exit

Proprietary infrastructure built for founder-dependent businesses with a designed exit at Day 180. Most firms don’t structure the engagement around becoming unnecessary.

AI-enabled operations built in-house

Before recommending AI to a client, I built one for Corvus. Seven services, five backend systems, processing over a thousand relationships daily. When we say AI-accelerated, we mean it.

Built at scale. Lived at founder size.

Systems thinking built at scale, adapted for the complexity of a founder-led business — by someone who’s been on your side of the desk.

Meet the founder

Scott Raven, Business Operations Architect. The methodology exists because the founder needed it first.

The Story Behind The Methodology

December 2017. Hospital room. BP 180/110. My seven-year-old looking scared because I had no idea who I was without the role. I’d built my entire identity around being indispensable.

That’s why the Corvus Methodology™ treats founders as whole people, not business problems to optimize. The hospitalization wasn’t caused by a bad business. It was caused by a life built entirely around a role.

I went back to corporate. Then I deliberately became a founder, signed a franchise, built two locations during COVID, managed everything through one person. I fell into every trap I now help founders escape. Then I recognized the pattern and exited. The Corvus Methodology™ exists because I needed it first. I didn’t study the founder trap. I lived it.

Book a Dreams Session

The founder who goes through this doesn’t just run a better business. They get back what the business was supposed to create in the first place: their time, their presence, their life.

Advising a founder who’s become the ceiling of their own business? That’s this work.
